Assessment of CCL20, STAT1 and Nuclear factor-kappa beta in patients Infected with Cryptosporidium parvum

Abstract

Background: Cryptosporidium parvum, is a coccidial protozoan parasite that infects humans and animals is one of the most commonly reported enteric patasites  in  both immunocompetent and  immunocompromised individuals worldwide.Aims of study: This study aimed for detection of the oocysts C.parvum by a  microscopic examination of fecal samples used MZN, a qualitative immunochromatographic assay and ELISA antigen assay.
