<p><strong>Introduction</strong>: Breast cancer is a leading cause of mortality among women, and early detection is essential. Breast Self-Examination (BSE) is a simple and cost-effective method, yet knowledge among young women remains inadequate.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: A quantitative pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design was used. 60 B.Sc. Nursing students were selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected using a self-structured questionnaire before and after a Video-Assisted Teaching Programme and analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics.</p> <p><strong>Result</strong>s: Post-test knowledge scores were significantly higher than pre-test scores, indicating the effectiveness of the intervention.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Video-assisted teaching effectively improves knowledge of BSE among nursing students and can help promote early detection of breast cancer through community education.</p> <p><strong>How to cite this article:</strong><br>Amin S, Lone U F, Jan N, Amin M, Bashir N, Shah <br>M A.
