TREATMENT SEEKING BEHAVIOUS OF ANIMAL BITE VICTIMS AMONG RURAL POPULATION IN TRICHY DISTRICT

Abstract

Animal Bite is a major health problem which can be prevented from causing
health problems by providing proper health education and medical services. So
for a an effective strategy, this study takes into account the epidemiology of
animal bites, pet animals and their care, post exposure treatment and factors
influencing them.
