PERCEPTION OF MALE HEALTH WORKERS REGARDING RABIES AND ITS PREVENTION

Abstract

A study was conducted to access the knowledge and perception of Health care
workers on animal bite and its management to prevent rabies. It was a cross
sectional study. A total of 116 male workers were interviewed who came to
Community Medicine department for training regarding knowledge on Rabies,
wound management, rabies vaccine and Immunoglobulin.
