Abstract
To standardize molecular technique eg. Nested RT-PCR for diagnosis of rabies
viral RNA from urine samples from animal suspected rabies. To analyse the
sensitivity of Nested RT-PCRr for intravitam diagnosis in comparison with gold
standard Immunofluroescence applied on neural tissue.
